Daughter to former minister Dalmas Otieno Joan Otieno is dead. She died today while receiving treatment at an Intensive Care Unit. The cause of her death has not been revealed as it's her father who has announced the death of his daughter himself through his social media account.
The cause of Joan Otieno death has not been disclosed though as it's clear she just fell ill and on being taken to hospital she died. It's condolences to the former minister as well his family following the Painful loss as clearly it's extremely painful for any parent losing a daughter.
Rest in peace Joan Otieno for we loved you but God loved you most for truly no human has power over death. The fact of the matter is that Dalmas Otieno has lost children before with this one being the third one. One of his son died in Canada after a plane fell on him while his other daughter died few years.
It's clear Dalmas Otieno is clearly Pained following this painful ordeal. Rest in Peace Joan for each one of us will die some day for clearly nobody will live in this world forever not even the most curvaceous ladies in the world. Rest in Peace Joan Otieno for you have gone to be with the lord in this very premature death.
