BBI Secretariat Set To Rescuscitate The Stopped Reggae At The Supreme Court

BBI secretariat co-chairpersons Junet Mohammed and Dennis Waweru have today filed a case at the Supreme Court, a bid meant to resurrect the previously nullified constitutional ammendment bill. The two have made this move, a week after Junet Mohammed said the circulating document about the supreme court case was fake.

Mohammed said that despite the court of appeal describing the BBI as illegal and unconstitutional, some aspect of the BBI may have to be changed and if the courts rule in their favour, they will have done their best. Mohammed and Waweru are positive that the Supreme Court will rule against the previous court decisions.

This move will bring back the tight competition between the Pro-BBI and Anti-BBI team. This tight competition is predicted to be more intense than the previous in the Court of Appeal because this is their last shot in proving that the country should go into another referendum.
