"Enough Is Enough, " Angry Sonko Reacts After Another Kenyan Is Left Paralyzed By Employer in Saudi

Kenyan women have been reported death in the hands of their employers in the the Gulf nations and moreso in Saudi Arabia with some left permanently disabled. Despite the numerous calls from Kenyans to assure the Kenyan immigrants in these regions of their safety while working outside Kenya has not borne much fruit and the troubles seems to be getting worse each day.

In the recent act that has left leaders and Kenyans fuming was after a video clip of a Kenyan worker in Saudi Arabia was shared by former Nairobi boss Mike Sonko where a Kenyan lady was left paralyzed after she was brutalized by her employer.

The lady who has been in the Gulf nation was seen in the video shaking her whole body due to the injuries that were inflicted to her by her employer. A Kenyan lady who had rescued her was asking for help to bring her back home for treatment. Sonko who has been at the forefront helping Kenyans in need took to his Twitter account to slam what had happened to this innocent Kenyan girl.

Sonko said that what has happened to our Kenyan girls is enough and something urgent need to be done to bring this to an end. Sonko however said that he will ensure that the girl comes back home soonest possible.

"Hawa watu wa Saudia sasa wamekuwa too much. Kila siku wanatuulia na kututesea wasichana wetu. Enough is enough something must be done to bring this nonsense to an end. As we wait for Waziri HE kavaluku to be vetted and sworn in I will personally ensure this lady comes back home." Posted Sonko
