According to a new video courtesy of Marigirigi's Facebook Page, today the 22nd August 2021, Mr. Francis Atwoli is still not a happy man if his thoughts on the Court of Appeal's ruling on the building bridges initiative appeal is anything to go by. He believes the judges had a predetermined verdict on the case. They were also out to demean the president of the republic of Kenya.
Mr. Atwoli took issue with the manner in which the Court of Appeal judges pronounced in their ruling that the president can be sued in court to answer to his personal charges while still serving his term in office. He wished he was the president of Kenya when he said, "That was a coup by the judiciary, and if I was the president then certain drastic measures both political and legal would have taken place to make sure that they don't get away with it." He went further and said how he was 100 percent that the Building Bridges Initiative was still going to push through. That no one was going to stop it.
