The Deputy President's key ally, Dennis Itumbi has raised alarm on claims of votes manipulation by the "Deep State" in Juja by-election. According to Itumbi, the Government is determined to win the Juja Parliamentary election by any means possible.
The People's Empowerment Party headed by Moses Kuria was being supported by UDA Party of DP Ruto. There has been claims of voter bribery and manipulation in Juja Constituency even though Ruto's allies are confident of winning the seat with provisional election results also showing the same.
Dennis Itumbi through his tweeter handle has advised the Deep State on how to rig elections;
@OleItumbi Dear Deep State and System, quick tip, when you want to RIG elections, do not start at the TOP. By the time we get to the Tallying Centre, RESULTS are already announced in ALL Polling Stations, Signed and posted on doors of all Streams! #HustlerNation has won Juja!
According to Itumbi, when you want to rig elections, you should start from the bottom and not the top. By the time opponents are getting to the polling stations, results have already been posted and announced in all poling stations.
Dennis Itumbi's claims comes in the midst of occurrence of violence in Juja constituency which saw IEBC suspend voting tallying process for sometime. If Pres. Uhuru's candidate is defeated in Juja, then it will signal a strong political message about the "Hustlers Movement".
