The late former president Moi's Grandson, Collins Kibet has been currently on and off a Nakuru law court over child up keep issues. The late Jonathan Moi's son was accused by his former wife for not providing for the 2 sons he had with her. The ex wife now wants Collins to pay her up to 1 million Kenyan Shillings per month child support.

Collins does not seem to be comfortable with that and wants a quick DNA test to be done to determine if the children are really his or he will be paying child support for children who are not his. Should the paternity test turn positive and Collins be found the father of the kids, the court will compel him to pay child support fees to his ex wife.
