Embakasi East constituency Member of parliament Hon. Babu Owino has sparked reactions online after sharing photos and details of a Rally held on Saturday in Kibra to drum up support for the Building Bridges Initiative constitutional amendment Bill online.
Penning his thoughts in a post on his Twitter page on Sunday, the youthful law maker shared the photos and revealed that he drummed up support for BBI in Kibra, adding that the former Prime minister Must Be President.
