Deputy President William Ruto is confident if clinching the presidency at the end of President Uhuru Kenyatta's second term come August, after the much anticipated general election.
The DP has been touring various parts of the country to rally Kenyans to back his bid to form the next government through the Hustler narrative and the bottom-up economic agenda.
The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party leader on Thursday, 27th January, took his campaigns to Kiambu County, after a joint rally in Nakuru alongside Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula.
DP Ruto took a swipe at Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's bid for the presidency, sending a stern message to him concerning the leadership of the country.
Ruto told Raila that Kenyans have not lacked someone to lead them that they must be led by someone who will organize how people will throw stones and vandalize the railway.
He added that Kenyans can't be led by someone who loves riddles and went ahead to swear himself in in 2018.
"Kwani tumekosa mtu wa kutuongoza? Hata kama tumekosa mpango kabisa, eti tuongozwe na mtu wa kupanga vile watu watatupa mawe na kungóa reli? Yule wa kujiapisha? Yule wa kitendawili? Hiyo haiwezekani!" Deputy President William Ruto said.
