State House Reportedly In Panic After Polls Show Ruto is Likely to be Next President, Makes Offer

All eyes are on President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto to see if they can reunite and enjoy each other's company again, as they did before the Handshake effectively divided the two top leaders.

The recent efforts by religious leaders to bring President Uhuru and DP Ruto together only emphasize how important the two leaders are to Kenya's history, especially as the country approaches the 2022 General Elections.

According to sources, people close to President Uhuru and his State House strategists may have concluded that DP Ruto might be Kenya's next president, as indicated by many research and polls showing DP Ruto leading other presidential candidates like Raila Odinga.

Reports further alleged,State House officials may be quietly driving the re-union negotiations, pointing that they want the DP to assure them that nothing will happen to them if he becomes President.

This comes after polls in the Mount Kenya region revealed that DP Ruto had widespread support in the region, which could lead to his election as president in 2022.
