The union between deputy president William Ruto and ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi has its own share of twists and turns. After the two merged, president Uhuru called for a statehouse meeting with western Kenya party leaders. Then, several ANC members of parliament have defected to ODM.
For that reason, lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has raised fresh allegations against the MPs who defected to ODM. The lawyer, who is a great supporter of deputy president William Ruto has taken to Twitter to register his disappointment.
Abdullahi claimed;
"You offer an ANC MP with only 60 days to go before Parliament is dissolved Kshs 10 million to move from ANC to ODM and make noise about it. Obviously odm is wasting tax payers money in dishing out our taxes to retiring ANC MPs."
These members of parliament including Lurambi constituency's Titus Khamala, had said that they will stand with Mudavadi. However, their turn has come as a surprise to many.
