Duale is clear Uhuru speech is flawless and full of a lot of nothing. He has accused those writing his speech asking them to have a summarized one so that the head of state is not tired reading a whole booklet.
According to Duale, Uhuru Kenyatta must have spoken about the extra judicial killings as well the debts level in the country. He is clear the president cannot speak of Kenya being the 6th richest country in Africa yet we have extreme debts.
Duale is clear Uhuru also missed on revealing on his succession rather insulting judges at the precincts of parliament. The former majority leader is clear Uhuru cannot come to parliament to insult judges as that's overly wrong and out of place. He is clear judges were not given a chance to defend themselves hence Uhuru Kenyatta did very unfortunate things in parliament today.
