What Kuresoi North MP Moses Cheboi Was Up To Before Joining Politics: Education & Work Experience

Moses Cheboi Kipkemboi is the incumbent Member of Parliament representing Kuresoi North Constituency in Nakuru County for a second consecutive time having won the seat on a Jubilee Party ticket. Away from politics, Moses is an accomplished scholar who boasts of a successful career in both the private and public sector. Education history

Cheboi started school in 1977 when he joined Olenguruone DEB Primary School and later he joined Karbarnet High School where he sat for his 'O' Level national examinations in 1986. He sat for his 'A' levels at Moi High School Kabarak in 1988 and his good grades enabled him to join the University of Nairobi to pursue a Bachelor of Laws degree graduating in 1993. Finally, he joined the Kenya School of Law for a Post Graduate Diploma in Law.[Photo courtesy]

Work Experience

After his graduation in 1994, he joined the Municipal Council of Nakuru as a legal officer and after 2 years he founded his law firm, Cheboi & Company Advocates where he serves up to date as a Managing Partner. In 2009, Cheboi joined Nyayo Tea Zones Development Corporation as a Director for three years after which he left to serve as a member of Centre for Multi-Party Democracy. Through his firm, he continues to serve his clients by offering legal advice and securing their interests by providing personalised & excellent legal services.[Photos courtesy]
