Beatrice Elachi who is the former Nairobi County Speaker and currently the Chief Administrative Secretary in the Office of Public Service and Gender has today morning outlined the big problem that is facing the current Jubilee Government (JG). JG has ruled Kenya since 2013 and now being almost 10 year's, management wrangles have continued to be reported every day and time. The head of Jubilee Government is President Uhuru Kenyatta with it's Deputy Dr. William Ruto.
Speaking at Citizen TV, Elachi has revealed that people (Government leaders) have been assuming offices, becoming the president of their respective offices and then forgeting that there is the country's President.
"...When people take office, they forget there is a president and they become the presidents."
In addition, Elachi has said, "...When the President says we can do this for the people of Kenya... they remember the law and read it differently." In short, the leader's do not do what the President says and instead they do what they want. Elachi therefore says that all these have killed Jubilee government thus making it unable to deliver it's promises to Kenyan's well.
