The two kids however remained helpless after their kin disowned them.However South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro has expressed a heart of mercy as he promises to adopt the two boys.He reveals that he is ready to provide and offer the necessary essentials until this kids grows up.It is a incidence that has aroused Kenyans reactions as they thank MP Osoro.
