"You Can't Just Sit And Wait To Be Annointed" Kalonzo's Ally Cautions Him

Ahead of the elections in 2027, the former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka is concerned because speculations are continuing to spread within his camp, and now his leaders continue to hold divergent viewpoints. However, a close associate of his has informed him that he cannot wait for somebody to anoint him while he is in the thick of betrayal from Raila' s regiment and sit about doing nothing.

According to the Nation Newspaper, a subset of Wiper officials had allegedly conveyed warnings suggesting that they would cause unrest within the Azimio La Umoja Coalition in the event that Odinga would not endorse Kalonzo for the elections that will take place in 2027.

This comes as a result of a number of Wiper leaders making a plea for the previous prime minister to publicly support Kalonzo Musyoka' s candidacy for president in the upcoming elections in 2027 so that they can have an early start on making preparations.
