A fresh report has now revealed that a senior IEBC official in the ICT Department became suspicious on 10th August 2022 after realizing that several KIEMS kits were still open and were yet to deliver polling stations Data 2 days after the 2022 general election.
In an exclusive report by the Nation on Tuesday, it is emerging that it is due to this suspicious activity that triggered Mugo to send an email message (s) to their Bosses in the commission alerting them that over 75,000 Kiems Kits had been closed.
Replying to the email, Azimio alleged that Wafula Chebukati said that he wasn't aware of such illegal and suspicious activity. He is also reported to have ordered to be given a detailed report of the Said open Kiems Kits for further action but even after that, he did nothing.
But this development comes barely hours after Azimio Alleged that IEBC systems support 'Staging' where Data can be hijacked by hackers, changes made while still on the Network, and finally released.
