"Papa Wa Roma Uko Pekee Yako" Western People Tell Off Wetangula After He Advised Them To Do This.

Speaker of the national assembly and FORD Kenya party leader Mr Moses Masika Wetangula has come out publicly to reassure people from Western Kenya that the region is fully in government for meaningful development that it has yearned for years. The former Bungoma senator has told residents of Western kenya not to be duped into joining azimio la umoja one Kenya coalition party.

Speaker Moses Masika Wetangula said that the region is lagging behind in terms of development because of many years they have been kept captives of being in the opposition year in year out.He has said that main reason why Western counties can't be compared with those counties from Mount Kenya or Nairobi is because they have always been deprived of government support.

He has however assured them that being in the government is the best way to go owing to the fact that they will be getting government support and other state supports which will see to it that they develop as a region. The speaker was speaking in a fundraising ceremony in Funyula in Kakamega where governor Baraza and Senator Bonny Khalwale were among those who attended the ceremony.

Residents from Western Kenya through social media platforms have however told the national assembly speaker that they are also suffering from high food prices and if that is what Raila Odinga is campaigning for then they are full behind the former prime minister. They told Wetangula that pretending to be in government while at the same time experiencing high food prices was a stupid move and that they will support Raila until food prices in the country are solved.
