Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has postponed his Wednesday morning political show at a Kalenjin radio station Emoo after his rival Rigathi Gachagua scheduled another at a different Kalenjin radio station KASS FM.
Taking to his Facebook page Kuria said Gachagua was after dividing the mountain by diverting listeners to a different station. He says for the all-region to listen to him, he would schedule his show for Thursday Member.
"Chamgee Tugul. Hii Njama ya kugawanya mlima haitafaulu . You can all tune in to KASS. Tukutane Thursday," Kuria posted.
Kuria was expected to talk about his decision to defect from DP Ruto's party UDA. He also was expected to explain to the Rift Valley why he was championing for a different party for Mount Kenya. Gachagua on his part will talk about the My.Kenya region and their support for the DP. The plans by Gachagua was revealed late after Kuria had made public the schedule.
Moses Kuria fell out with the DP few weeks ago after being called a traitor. DP and his camp called for one single party which Kuria and some of his friends don't agree. Kuria is the head of Kazi na Pesa party .
