Vocal Mount Kenya Region Member of Parliament has revealed what is inside the Deputy President Dr William Ruto's economic model which is an economic plan that he (William Ruto) has been advocating for for time now.
While in an interview with Citizen Television on Monday morning, the Kikuyu constituency Member of Parliament Hon Kimani Ichung'wa, who is also a close ally to the Deputy President Dr William Ruto, has revealed that the Deputy President's economic model will impact positively on the lives of Kenyans.
Kimani Ichung'wa has revealed that the economic plan is advocating for an empowerment fund which is set to allocate Ksh 100 Million per sub county. According to the Legislator, the money will be accessible to Kenyans through loans that will be made cheap and affordable. In so doing as stated that the Mount Kenya Legislator, Kenyans will be able to start businesses that in the long run will help poor Kenyans to put food on the table.
''Political formations should inform Kenyans on ways to get out of these dire economic times. UDA wants an economic empowerment fund; allocate Ksh. 100 Million per constituency for Kenyans to access in terms of cheap loans.'' MP Kimani Ichung'wa said.
