Sakaja, Ann Waiguru, Aisha Jumwa Taken to High Court as Pettion Filed; Rigathi Gachagua Reacts

Kenya Kwanza Alliance allies are in bold dilemma as move to bar them from contesting for election poll emerge. This comes as activists filled a petition in high court seeking some individuals of Kenya Kwanza Alliance to be blocked from contesting next week's election poll.

According to the details are reported by People's Daily, Nairobi Gubernatorial Aspirant Johnson Sakaja, Kirinyaga Gubernatorial Aspirant Ann Waiguru and Kilifi Women Representative candidate Aisha Jumwa Among others have been taken to high court in a bid of barring them from contest next week's election poll.

According to the details, Activists through their lawyers have argued that the named Kenya Kwanza Alliance aspirants have integrity issues and should be sanitized before seeking for public seat. Among those taken to court is Kenya Kwanza Alliance presidential running mate Rigathi Gachagua.

However, William Ruto's Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has reacted, alleging the step he has taken after taken to court over integrity issues. According to the details, Rigathi Gachagua has appeal against the case that seek to sue him over integrity matters.
