Otiende Amollo, who was the vice chairperson of the committee, has been replaced by Ruaraka MP Tom Kajwang’. These are the latest changes in the ODM party that have also affected other MPs inside the party.
The changes are contained in the National Assembly’s supplementary Order Paper for the afternoon sitting today 4th April 2021.
The ouster has raised mixed reactions from Kenyans of different divine with the latest being Law Society of Kenya(LSK) president Nelson Havi.
Nelson Havi is saying that the ODM party has completed self annihilation in the National Assembly without the recall of Otiende Omollo from the JLAC. The LSK President has also revealed that, in the senate , Orengo is the the next target.
Havi is also claiming that illegal advisers like Junet Mohamed and John Mbadi are the two men behind the ouster of Otiende Omollo from JLAC in parliament. He says by doing so Raila has committed an apocalyptic political error and he emphasizes that it is over for Raila on Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
This comes at a time when a section of the ODM members claimed that the building bridges initiative process is unconstitutional and it should allow room for Amendment of some potions.
