As campaigns continue happening in various places across the country, DP Ruto has always been on the forefront attracting massive crowds who come to cheer him. DP Ruto was in Kajiado yesterday where he took a swipe on Raila and the One Kenya Alliance over their recent political moves. During the welcoming of Kajiado East MP, Peris Tobiko into UDA, DP Ruto attacked his challengers.
He asked Raila Odinga and One Kenya Alliance to stop waiting for endorsements in hotels and boardrooms. He promised not to create such shortcuts in United Democratic Alliance party saying that all politicians will have to run campaigns. Ruto advised those under UDA to lay their campaigns on development issues.
His statements against Raila and OKA comes a few days after meeting Mt. Kenya leaders and Tycoons who are seeking someone to endorse as their preferred candidate. He urged them to come up with legit plans for Kenyans instead of sitting in hotels waiting to be endorsed and supported.
