As we approach the long awaited general election of Kenya, the political temperature is rising day by day. Especially presidential race which is dominanted by influential and vocal pioneers. This presidential aspirants will replace President Uhuru Kenyatta who have served for two terms. 
The two influential alliance in Kenya is Kenya Kwanza led by Deputy president William Ruto and Azimio La Umoja led by former prime Minister Raila Odinga. Deputy president William Ruto has massive influence in Mount Kenya and Rift valley. Azimio La Umoja has massive influence in Nyanza, Coast and western region. Deputy president William Ruto picked Mathira member of parliament Rigathi Gachagua as his preferred running mate. Raila Odinga picked Nark Kenya leader as his running mate.
