Today is great day for Kiambaa Residents as they move to polling station to caste their votes. The IEBC declared the seat vacant after the area MP Paul Koinange passed away. The seat is hotly contested between Jubilee and United Democratic party. The late Paul Koinange was a member of the ruling party, Jubilee is doing all it can to retain the seat.
On the other hand UDA party associated with the deputy president did its campaign to ensure it wins the seat. The UDA team composed of the deputy president diehards are on the ground to ensure the votes in favour of their Candidates are well guarded.
As the hustler nation team moves around in Kiambaa, the deputy president held a meeting with the under 20 who won the 2020 competition. William Ruto is a fan of sport and always encourages them for support from the government. Through his Twitter account, the deputy president said that," hosted the U20 Barthes trophy 2020 winners for lunch at the Karen, residence, Nairobi county."
