Kiharu constituency member of the national assembly Hon Ndindi Nyoro has issued a statement after the Kenya Kwanza alliance held a parliamentary group meeting at Windsor hotel in Nairobi earlier during the day.
Taking to his official Twitter account, the lawmaker updated his followers that the Kenya Kwanza parliamentarians held a meeting where they hosted president William Ruto and deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
He disclosed that the leaders had a candid discussion about the recently launched financial inclusion fund also known as the hustler fund, the implementation of the competence based curriculum among other issues of national significance.
"Today attending a day long Parliamentary Group meeting for Kenya Kwanza alliance where we hosted the President William Ruto and deputy president Rigathi Gachagua. We discussed many issues among them, the Hustler Fund, competence based curriculum implementation and others," he revealed.
The statement by the legislator comes at a time when the head of state has promised his Kenya Kwanza lawmakers that they will frequently meet and discuss issues of importance to ensure they are on the same page.
