Worrying details about what will happen to the United Democratic Alliance Party, which is allied with Deputy President William Ruto, have emerged following a reported mass exodus from the UDA party ahead of the August elections.
Kirinyaga Woman Representative Hon Wangui Ngirici has informed that DP Ruto will soon be left with a few leaders of the United Democratic Alliance Party, disclosing details of her phone calls and text message conversations with some.
The Kirinyaga Woman Representative, who recently defected from DP Ruto's UDA to run independently, has stated that a majority of UDA leaders have protested dictatorship within the party, stating that "there will be a mass exodus from UDA party because many leaders are tired of gagging and dictatorship."
Wangui Ngirici has stated that the leaders who plan to leave UDA are simply waiting for the right moment to leave the party, a move that will surprise many.
Wangui Ngirici has maintained that she will not return to UDA even if offered a direct ticket, stating that she has made a firm decision.
