CS Alfred Mutua Speaks After Hosting a Luncheon With European Ambassadors

This afternoon CS Alfred Mutua hosted a luncheon for European Ambassadors in Kenya. The delegation was led by the Dean of European Diplomatic Corps, H.E. Mr. Dragan Zupanjecvac, Ambassador of Serbia to Kenya, whom he congratulated for his excellent role as Dean.

He appreciated the commitment they've shown in expanding the bilateral relations. Many of the countries will next year be celebrating 60 years of bilateral relations with Kenya. He pointed out that Kenya seeks to be a beacon of peace and stability from the lenses of development as we also open up our markets for opportunities such. Encouraged them to promote Public Private Partnerships investments as they promote win-win ventures.

He also highlighted some of the key foreign policy priorities and invited them to take advantage of H.E. President William Ruto's policies in foreign investment under the bottoms-up economic and development model, especially through the diversified business opportunities presented in our 47 counties.

During the luncheon, he was accompanied by our newly appointed PSs, Ms. Roseline Njogu PS Diaspora Affairs and Dr. Korir Sing'oei PS Foreign Affairs both of whom we had welcomed to the Ministry earlier this morning.
