Former head of state mzee Daniel Toroitich arap moi, a ever serious man who at all times people during his era as president people used to fear him a lot more so those who worked under his government for 24 years because he was fond of firing them at any time.

Even as we celebrate him and as the first anniversary goes down today, there is a lot which you can remember him for; though the most rear memories cherished is when the serious man ever laughed.

Though how hard you could see him smile in public, but could really smile at the end with his workmate and even part of family members, when he found time.
