Why Raila Might Prefer Looking For Kalonzo's Support To Mudavadi's In The Coming Election. (Opinion)

The 2022 elections are around the corner and the political bigwigs are roaming the nation selling their manifestos. The race seems to be very tight between Odinga and the Deputy Ruto as they are seen as the frontrunners for the race.

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga and Deputy Ruto at the moment have almost equal share of the Mount Kenya votes.

Raila might be forced to bring back the Wiper party leader Kalonzo to his politics for him to win than bringing back Mudavadi. The Wiper leader Kalonzo who is the kingpin of the Ukambani regions, have a great support in his region that can add up to millions of votes that could make Odinga win easily.

In the Western regions where Mudavadi comes from, Odinga already have support from the ODM governors who can give him votes even without Mudavadi.

For that reason, Odinga might prefer looking for Kalonzo to Mudavadi.
