Presidential candidate jimmy wanjigi has continued with his criticism to his fellow presidential hopefuls by alleging major controversies surrounding each one of them. Wanjigi after earlier naming the deputy president William Ruto as a fake Hustler has again hit at the Kenya Kwanza presidential flag bearer as the top leader who recommended ex cabinet secretary Henry Rotich for the minister for finance position.
According to wanjigi, Ruto and Rotich knew each other and could have known how the billions of public money which was lost in the Arror and Kimwarer dam scandal disappeared in the national Treasury.

Henry Rotich has been adversely mentioned alongside other accomplices like ex finance permanent secretary Kamau Thugge as the ones who orchestrated the mass loss of public money in the name of Arror Kimwarer dam scandal.
Up to until now, the director of public prosecutions Noordin Haji has not found compelling evidence against ex CS Rotich, which has derailed the recovery of the lost billions of Kenyan taxpayers money.
