Fresh Troubles For a Top Governer As The DPP Hints On New Evidence On Ksh 233M Corruption Case

Director of public prosecutions, Noordin Haji has hint that there is new evidence against a top governer on corruption related case. Governer Ali Korane of Garissa has been held responsible of a corruption case which involved ksh 233 millions county funds. The case which has already been taken over by the DPP Noordin Haji has seen light as more evidence has streamed in according to the DPP. Haji through prosecutor Mercy Gateru said that there is new evidence to pin the governer down making the case even more hard for the Garissa governer. Ali Korane was accused of misappropriation of ksh 233 million funds from Garissa county which led to the case attracting the attention of the DPP.

Corruption cases have been tabled against top government officials including the governed with an attempt to hold them responsible but not all have been brought to book. What most of Kenyans don't know is if the DPP and other bodies entrusted to deal with corruption cases will be able to hold governor Ali Korane responsible and bring Justice to the Garissa people. Do you think the governer will account for the corruption case if found guilty or the case will follow the many cases that we have witnessed in the past? Leave down your comments on what you think about the case.
