"Will He Beat Constitution Deadline?" Mutahi Ngunyi Raises New Concerns On Presidential Elections

Today Wafula Chebukati has only declared official results of one of the Constituency that was Webuye East.

Mutahi Ngunyi has questioned whether Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chairperson Wafula Chebukati was going to beat the constitution deadline of releasing results which is normally 7 Days

In his own statement, Ngunyi has analysed that if Chebukati only announced results from one constituency today , how was he able to to announce the rest 291 Form 34(B) fro. Tomorrow.

This happens amid many speculation as different media stations are showing different results on the right presidential race between Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto

Presidential RESULTS are in FORM 34(B). "Constitution gives IEBC 7 days to ANNOUNCE. There are 291 FORM 34(B). Chebukati has ANNOUNCED only 1 form. From TOMORROW, he has to ANNOUNCE 60 Forms a day. 2 FORMS every 30 minutes. Will he BEAT constitutional DEADLINE? #kenyaelections2022" Mutaji Ngunyi wrote
