Worrying Results Emerged In Azimio Camp After Results Of Latest Poll Conducted In Coast Shows This

With less than a month to go until the country's upcoming elections, political leaders are crisscrossing the country's political landscape in a bid to secure support from as many people as possible. The fact that election telescopes are circling Azimio la Umoja is well known. Raila Odinga, the leader of the Roots party, Prof. George Wajackoyah, and self-described Chief hustler campaigner William Samoei Ruto have all been dubbed frontrunners in Kenya's presidential race by political figures.

With the arrival of William Ruto, it appears that Raila's political garden is shifting. Raila's political base has been the coastal regions in recent years, according to the valuable results of the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission.

TIFA's latest survey shows Ruto gaining ground in the coastal region and owning a lead with 37 days left till the much-anticipated August elections.

When asked who they would vote for if elections were conducted today, members were invited to select their preferred candidate between the ages of 18 and 100. Among the 12,456 people who participated in the online poll, 38 percent voted for William Samoei Ruto, while the remaining 26 percent opted for Raila Odinga.

Because the coast has long been seen as Raila Azimio's political milepost, these results are worrisome for his political aspirations come August 2022's national election. The comment box below is open for your ideas and opinions.
