
Monica Juma in Congo today
The cabinet secretary in charge of Defence Aden Duale has taken to his social media on Monday evening and shared details of a meeting that happened in Kinshasa that brought together two heads of states and ruto's advisor on matters security.

This is the first Tour that the newly-crowned advisor on matters security Monica juma is taking together with the president since she was elected to serve under ruto's administration.

According to the update by the cabinet secretary today's meeting discussed among other things bilateral ties between Kenya and Congo which has continued to improve in the last few decades following a good working combination.
Duale further revealed that Kenya is keen on ensuring that peace and stability returns to the volatile area which has seen Kenya military deployed in the area to oversee a peace mission. The Kenyan military left the country a few weeks ago to Spearhead an African peacekeeping mission in the area.
