President Uhuru Kenyatta has stated that there is a possibility of lifting the dawn to dusk curfew in the country.
Uhuru Kenyatta was addressing the residents of Katrina in Nyeri County on Monday, October 18, where the people on the crowd were consistently asking him about the Covid-19 situation in the country.
The President said to the crowds that the curfew would be lifted very soon.
Uhuru acknowledged the sufferings that many people are going through because of the curfew and he assured the people that the government in addressing the curfew situation.
The President told the people to follow the Covid-19 protocols set by the Ministry of Health to help contain the deadly disease and after that they will be free to live as they want.
In past few days, the president has been under alot of pressure to relax the restrictions placed on the country because of the Covid-19 including the dawn to dusk curfew.
