According to to his latest tweet, "With the launch of #POLICARE, @NPSOfficial_KE Intergrated Response to SGBV,we have begun a journey to institutionalize change in ideology of how we respond and manage cases of SGBV. Victims will have a safe dignified avenue to report, get counseling and rehabilitation. We are building a framework to incorporate #POLICARE in our County and Regional security offices to ensure the support network reaches the grassroot level." He said.
