The tribunal that was appointed by President Ruto to move ahead with the removal of 4 IEBC Commissioners has suffered a major blow. This is after a petition was lodged in court in Meru seeking to stop the activities of the tribunal terming it biased.

This is good news to two IEBC Commissioners who are yet to resign from IEBC. However, it's clear that two of the IEBC Commissioners have already resigned citing too much pressure from government.
It's a fact that going into the future, the 4 IEBC Commissioners are facing tough times because they are accused of committing treason. It's clear that the 4 IEBC Commissioners tried to moderate presidential results to vote on people's vote.
The tribunal that was recently appointed by Uhuru Kenyatta will therefore have to wait for a longer period to know of the court ruling. The fact of the matter is that the court might stop the ouster process of the 4 IEBC Commissioners because it's largely biased.
