Tough Days Ahead To Martha Koome As She Is Publicly Lectured On Swearing In 6 Judges By Grand Mullah

Currently in the country, all eyes including President Uhuru Kenyatta's eyes are on Martha Koome. That is because of the swearing in drama of the 6 High Court Judges that were left out by Uhuru.

Definitely, many Kenyans don't expect the Head of State to appoint the 6 Judges even after the Court giving him only 14 days to do so and for that reason, Koome is on the spotlight after the Court declared that if Uhuru won't appoint them, then the CJ must swear them in. Whether Martha Koome will do that or not is not yet known for now but surely, she must be going through a rough period of time and there are tough days ahead because she is getting pressure from both sides.

Today, things were even worse as Martha Koome was publicly lectured by Ahmednasir Abdullahi famously known as Grand Mullah. Through his official twitter account, Grand Mullah told Koome that Maraga was in a situation like that but he did swore in the Judge and for that reason, the current CJ should follow suit.

"I think CJ KOOME has a legal precedent to follow in the matter of the 6 judges. When the Govt refused to Gazette Justice Warsame as representative of the Court of Appeal in the Judicial Service Commission despite judgment of the courts to Gazette, CJ Maraga swore him to office." Tweeted Ahmednasir Abdullahi.
