Simba Arati recently addressed the populace of Kisii county while celebrating his birthday and conveyed greetings from the president. The Kenya-United Kingdom health alliance met with the president, according to Simba Arati, to discuss a Ksh. 500 billion project that will be launched at Kisii University to construct the largest hospital in East Africa. According to the governor, when explaining anything to the president, he kept repeating himself "Simba Zaidi ya hapo, hakuna haja ya kuelezea."
According to Simba Arati, the president has given the idea his blessing and has vowed to bring it before the cabinet for further consideration. He also remembered a day when Charlene Ruto, the president's daughter, visited Motonto, a remote location in Kisii.
