Political Commentator Gordon Opiyo has given a warning that if the ODM leader Raila Odinga will be in the race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta,Ruto will emerge victorious.
Opiyo accused the Jubilee Government for destroying the economy and added the same would continue should the Deputy President succeed his boss.
In his Facebook post ,he argued the only way to stop continuation of what he referred to as Jubilee disaster was by ensuring Ruto does not take over and have Raila support another candidate say Musalia Mudavadi,Kalonzo Musyoka or Mukhisa Kituyi.
He termed Jubilee Government as the government of Plunder and Tribalism and the only way out of this was if Raila shelve his presidential ambition and throw weight behind either Mudavadi,Kalonzo or Mukhisa.
He regretted that it was unfortunate he participated in supporting Jubilee and if Raila dares to run for presidency, there are higher chances of Jubilee ruling beyond 2022,hence we should not expect anything different.
