Mombasa MCA Hon Ibrahim Oyugi has today brought the Mombasa County assembly to a Standstill after he Hilariously compared the Building Bridges Initiative report to a beautiful lady in a village. As he passionately support the bill, Mr Oyugi has said that the BBI report is like a beautiful lady who cannot be rejected by snybody. His sentiments has left other honourable members laugh and cheer uncontrollably. Earlier on, the speaker of the House had confirmed to the media that county MCA's have agreed to pass the BBI referendum bill today on Tuesday February 23rd.
