Junet Slips In Nyamira Tour As Ruto Adds New Promises To Those Made In 2013 And 2017

Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto on Friday took his charm offensive to Western Kenya.

Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto in Malaba, Saturday afternoon.

The DP made stops in Butere, Mumias, and Kakamega. On Saturday he reached the border towns of Busia and Malaba.

It was an exhilarating tour with the DP flanked by his new point man, former Leader of Majority in the National Assembly, Garissa MP Adan Duale.

At each stop, the DP audaciously promised residents 4 million jobs to be realized on implementing the bottom-up economic plan. The youth cheered on wildly forgetting that these promises were only added to the many unfulfilled promises of 2013 and 2017.

Raila Amollo Odinga in Nyamira on Friday got the backing of powerful Cabinet Ministers.

In Nyamira on Friday, Raila handyman and Suna East MP Junet Mohammed made a costly gaffe. Probably overexcited by the fact that his boss got the endorsement of three Cabinet Secretaries, Junet ran at the mouth when he implied the presidency after the next General Election will be domiciled in Nyanza.

Internet wolves have had a field day with Junet Mohammed but the issue remains on the youth of Kenya and their shocking gullibility.

Apart from recycling the same political leaders, they swallow the same old lies, shouting themselves hoarse even at the risk of contracting Covid-19. With the economy now fully open and official campaigns set for early next year, it may not be difficult to envisage the outbreak of a fifth and more virulent wave of Covid-19 infections.

The youth laugh and cheer as the leader's imagination run wild.

In the meantime, politicians are already allocating hundreds of billions to imaginary projects as the youth wildly cheer on.
