President William Samoei Ruto's men under Kenya Kwanza camp have reportedly launched swift legal action after receiving information about close-coalition allies Azimio La Umoja, led by Raila, were secretly plotting against the United Democratic Forge Alliance (UDA) of Ruto.
In a assertion issued with the aid of using the Farmer's Party Chairperson, Irungu Nyakera on Friday 30, 2022, he accused the Azimio coalition of plotting to deregister the President's UDA birthday celebration from the listing of political events in Kenya.
Mr Nayakera argued that the Registrar of political events is being driven to delist each UDA and Farmer's Party with the aid of using the Azimio associates for failing to sign in as statistics processors in June 25 2021, but the registration became null on July 14, 2022.
"A cursory reading of the lawsuit confirms that it raises issues unique to the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties and Data Commissioner, but given that the lawsuit's primary objective is to protect the UDA and their affiliates had to take the petitioners to court," reads part of the statement.
The party accused Azzimio for plotting to have uda removed from the list of political parties.
