"I'm Their Servant" Didmus Says, Sends This Message To Kimilili People After Triumphant Return

Controversial Kimilili member of Parliament and president William Ruto's close confidant, Hon Didmus Barassa has failed to conceal his deep happiness on social media as he sends a crucial message to his area people of Kimilili after triumphant return to the region yesterday.

This precedes after the parliamentarian was barred by court from stepping a foot in Kimilili due to murder allegations during the 2022 general elections. Apparently, the legal fraternity later lifted the restriction and this later saw him embarking to his homeland.

Taking to his social media handle, the overjoyed politician thanked his area residents for the overwhelming reception as he revealed how much he is really humbled to be their servant after facing a series of controversies.

Following this, he has promised them to work harder and deliver a successful reign ahead of his 5-year term as MP.

"Thank you people of Kimilili for the love and the second chance you accorded me to lead you on 9th August.As your humble and people's servant I vow to surge on with alot of zeal to ensure we liberate our beloved Constituency and make it great," he said

Adding that, "We made it possible through God, Prayers and your tireless efforts. Asanteni sana."

Apparently, his notable message follows after he promised the area residents that they are going to enjoy his first salary once he comes to the region.

Meanwhile, it is not yet clear wether he fulfilled the promise as he has not shared any details on his social media handles.
