Farouk Kibet, the rightful successor to President William Ruto, has given rise to fresh concerns. 
According to a statement from the Honorable Ndindi Nyoro of Kiharu, a National Assembly member, Farouk Kibet was quite confused at Ruto's office.
Kibet said in a statement that even the vice president, Rigathi Gachagua, would ask for permission from Farouk Kibet before meeting with president William Ruto.
Political analyst Dismas Mokua discussed Farouk Kibet's role in Ruto's administration in a live interview with one of the local newspapers.
