He was referring to a letter that had leaked linking other three cabinet secretaries Sicily Kariuki,Joseph Mucheru and James Kamau of having a plot to have Ruto murdered back in 2019.
The CS's were later summoned by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) concerning the claims which they termed as being fueled by social media.
This saw the former statehouse communications and digital strategist Dennis Itumbi who is the current Hustlers nation spokesperson get arrested in connection with the letter.
However,Munya has also highlighted on the plans that the government will implement to boost the agricultural sector in the country during this pandemic that has led to deterioration of the country's economy.
