Shoukry was in the Nairobi accompanied by other diplomats from Cairo Egypt for what might be business agreement between Kenya and Egypt.
Through his Twitter page, Wehliye criticised the foreign affairs ministry terming their conduct as recklessness by allowing Namwamba a junior officer to meet top diplomats.
"The current state of affairs in our foreign ministry is wanting" stated Wehliye
Namwamba who is a chief administration secretary (CAS) at the ministry of foreign affairs held a meeting with the diplomats at his Nairobi office.
Egypt is one of the richest countries in the continent owing to good agriculture policies and natural resource management.
The ministry of foreign affairs has not responded to Wehliye's allegations, however we will keep updating you incase of any changed concerning this story.
