As the six days tour is coming to an end, Deputy President William Ruto and his allies were brilliantly welcomed to Mpeketoni, Lamu County where they were received exceptionally by the residents of the area.
MP Aisha Jumwa was among the leaders who spoke to the people at Mpeketoni as she took her time to slam Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga and also boast of the dominance of UDA in the Coast.
Aisha Jumwa claimed that UDA is becoming more popular in the region as several leaders have switched allegiances from Jubilee party and ODM as they moved to their party.
The legislature also urged the people to consider Deputy President William Ruto. Former Mombasa County Senator Hassan Omar also stated that the Mt Kenya region have accepted DP Ruto as they will always rally behind him.
