The Deputy President William Samoe Ruto today, the 27th November 2021 reportedly joined the leadership and residents of Kinango Town in Kinango Constituency, Kwale County, for the dedication and launch of the Duruma full Bible in the company of area Governor Salim Mvurya.
The second in command was keen to note that he recognise the church as partners of development, governance and prosperity. Its footprints are evident in education, health and other social services sectors.
"It is for reason that we have purposely put religious outfits at the heart of our country’s transformation conversation to provoke new and meaningful ideas that will better the lives of millions of ordinary Kenyans."
He was accompanied by MPs Benjamin Tayari (Kinango), Feisal Abdallah (Msambweni), Hon. Mohammed Ali commonly known as "Jicho Pevu" (Nyali), Khatib Mwashetani (Lunga Lunga), Owen Baya (Kilifi North) and Ahmed Kolosh (Wajir West).
"My president Mr Ruto, the God you serve will NEVER disappoint you. I appreciate the work you are doing for churches. As a pastor, l will always pray for your victory." Susan Abisaki commented.
However, one of his fans, Zachari Murithi stole the showe saying "Pray for him to tame his Lying tongue, may be it's a good place to start. Secondly pray for him to be freed from anger and bitterness. Thankyou."
