Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition party has been intensifying their campaigns in the country in a bid to popularize its presidential candidate Raila Odinga. The same has been happening in the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) camp.
Speaking to residents in Nyahururu, Azimio's running mate Martha Karua responded to claims of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance brigade of being targeted by their political rivals in the fight against graft in the country.
The National Rainbow Coalition of Kenya (NARC-K) party leader assured Deputy President William Ruto and his camp that they won't be victimised if Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila wins the upcoming general elections in August.
She stated that the same law will be applied to all when she gets allocated Justice and constitutional affairs. Karua further added that the rights of all Kenyans will e protected including those in Kenya Kwanza since politics is not enmity.
“Let them know that in the Azimio government, when I have been allocated the Justice and constitutional affairs, no one will be victimized, whether they are in government or the opposition or my child,” she said as quoted by a local media house.
